A Londoner, who once used to live and work in Libya for few separate times, describes Tripoli as a city that is rapidly becoming international. He would think that culturally, the country might negatively get effected, but for locals, it is definitely a different story.
Libyans are keen to change their old typical local life style and look forward to mix their locality with multicultural and international presence of the new comers, mostly for business. However, historical and political circumstances made Libya sort of isolated from the international community, which created the locally orientated life style.
